Make My Twitarded Holiday Wish Come True?

I hope that everyone who celebrates Christmas had a great holiday! And that the rest of you had a swell day, too (believe me, there was a point on the 25th when I was considering just calling the whole thing off and going out for some Chinese food and a movie).

It occurred to me at some point that almost everyone I know found some sort of Twilight-related gear under their Christmas tree. Except me and Jenny Jerkface. Not to sound like an ingrate, but what gives?! At my in-laws I got to coo over the New Moon 2010 Calendar my sister-in-law got from her kids, and Sister Snarky's kids gave her a copy of Breaking Dawn (because nothing says "celebrate the season" like Bella's horrific pregnancy) and a vampire-themed magazine. Sister Snarky is having some sort of mid-Twi-crisis and is questioning her commitment to sparkle peen, but her kids were determined to get Mommy some Edward whether she liked it or not. She tried to get out of it but the crushed little faces they made when she started to balk made her reconsider. And no worries - she'll be back. But more on that another time...

I suppose that maybe my family figured I was already up to my eyeballs in Twilight products and didn't need any more. But really, define "need" here: I know don't need it and that my piles of vampy stuff are getting a tad unmanageable, but I love it all and I'll keep the collection growing one way or another. In the meantime, I was hoping that you guys could give me a present. I realize that this will be a slightly belated gift and also that it's very kind of tacky for me to just tell you all what I want and then expect that you'll give it to me, but hear me out... What I want is something only you guys can deliver, and it won't cost you anything. I won't even have to give you my real name and address with my standard "send good stuff to this address but let me know if you're a crazy stalker and I will give you Jenny Jerkface's real name and address" spiel. Bonus!

What did you say your name was? Jack Torrence? Let me give you JJ's number...

So what do I want? I want 1,000 blog followers.

Sure, we've obsessed over seen the blog's recent traffic stats we know almost everyone is off doing holiday-related things, but how 'bout throwing us a Twilighty bone by taking a few minutes to navigate over to the right column of the blog and clicking "Follow"?? You'll be in excellent company imho by coming on board with the other nine hundred and some-odd ["odd" being the operative word] people who have already proclaimed their undying love to us! What am I gonna have to do to get you into this blog???*

The two are the same thing to me, jftr. I didn't know there were that many people out there I would actually like until I cast a really really wide Twitarded net out into the world!

Since my stocking inexplicably remained a Twilight-free zone this year--not even one little Vamp {{{sniffle-sniffle}}}--I'd love to hear if you fared any better! And for the record, I DID get gift cards for Christmas, and I plan on buying my own dang Twi-fix. So there, Santa.
* I've pimped her out before and I'll do it again if necessary...JJ will totally give sex favors if that's what it takes. Just don't tell her I said that - she'll deny it but she's slutty and she'll put out of you ask nice (or really dirty - that might work better, actually).

P.S. Having MORE than 1,000 followers will be excellent, too, so please don't wimp out on us when we hit the 1k mark - sign up! We [heart] our followers.

  2. OMG. I did not realize I was not "following" this blog. My bad. No worries, I am now!

And, while at the gym, I fell off my treadmill. Why? Cause on the Twigasm podcast you all were asked my question (more of a comment)about your poop post. I don't know whether to be very proud or hide in a corner.

  3. I'm already following so I can't help you there, but I will share with you the deets of the Twilight treasures I received. From my bloggy buddies and fellow "Bookclub" members: a customized RPATTZ candle, New Moon bookmark & pen, and an effin' delicious looking cupcake ornament. From my daughter, "THE" 2010 calendar, and my very own copy of Wide Awake which she printed and bound for me. Complete with cover pictures and wishes from darkward for a Merry Effin Christmas. Lol!

  4. I just spewed wine all over the Mac. Holy shit, @subtlepen, nice va-jay-jay. LOL!!!

And {{Siiiigh}} STY is always trying to pimp me out.

@Kneedshelp - fell of the treadmill?! I did that once. It was the last time I went to the gym. And I liked your questions!!!

  5. I have lurked for months. Now I follow. Thanks to both of you for hours of laughter! I am just coming out of the Twi-closet. Cheers for all the encouragement!

    The Twigasm interview was priceless!

  6. JJ - i love that freaking avi SFM. monitors and keyboards the world over are stained, thanks to it. xox

i freaked out several ppl on twitter over the weekend with it.

    i promise, i'm harmless. just irreverent. :D

  7. I'm already following, and my friends who like Twilight don't LIKE (obsess over)Twilight like I do, so I can't recruit anyone. I feel lame.

My mom (bless her heart) gave me my only Twilight related gift for Christmas. She marked on the gift tag "From: Bella", and it was a Twilight key chain and a New Moon chocolate bar. I was very touched because my mom does not get Twilight AT ALL and probably thinks I am a nutcase for how much she THINKS I like it (which isn't nearly as much as I ACTUALLY love it). If she really understood she would have put "From: Edward" on the tag!
I love her for trying, though

  8. i've been following since july . . . can't even remember what number i am but it's under 500 for sure. love you ladies!

got a full size new moon edward cut out from my husband . . freaked the crap out of us, lurking in the corner all christmas day. best part is that my husband parked on the wrong side of the mall and had to walk the entire way through with a cardboard edward under his arm. he's a keeper!

    ReplyDelete
  9. yay I was #996, although ftr I check this shit religiously!

    ReplyDelete
  10. I got a New Moon Bella/Edward blanket--my friend apologized saying she wanted to get me just Edward but couldn't find it...no matter, I can always cut Bella out, hem the edges and stick my head through the hole and wrap myself up in Edward, just Edward.

  11. I've always "followed" ;) And right now it says you have 1001 followers!!!

    ReplyDelete
  12. I'm already following but I promise to RT your asses till the job is done!

As far as Twi gifts. NOT ONE FRIKKEN THING!

Even though my husband and kids say they don't know what to get me because the only thing I like is Twilight. Well DUH! And it's not like I even have everything. I have nothing. Just a hidden stash of Rob Porn in my end table.

I drop endless hints about the blanket, dolls, stocking, anything. Whenever we pass by Hot Topic, I slow down and browse. But they say oh, you're too old for that. How about some slippers or a robe.

    Grrrrrrrrr!!!!!

So, it was a Non-Twilight Christmas this year.

    ReplyDelete
  13. I was going to write and say I didn't get anything but then I remembered Dangrmomma left a New Moon cup from Burger King on my counter after her pet sitting stint over Christmas! The story is the cashier at Burger King pulled the cup for my Mom's meal and my mom stopped her saying she didn't want the large soda and the cashier said "Why get the New Moon meal and not get the cup!" Thank goodness for that cashier! Other than that, nada.

I see 1002 followers now!! Merry Christmas to Twitarded!

word verification: alucke - A Twitard that got Twilight stuff for Christmas is alucke ducky ;)

  14. My nieces came through for me. They did the walmart photo thing and made me a twilight themed mug and starbucks travel mug, also two mouse pads one Edward and one Jacob.
For the travel mug they stole photos off my facebook page of my trip to forks and me meeting Kellan. Now the big question is am I brave enough to take this travel mug to work?!?

Don't worry girls as usual I'm a bit slow on the uptake but.... I've finally got a new printer and new set solution. This means that there will be some beleated twilight / red bella’s dirty little secrets heading your way soon and I have some nastly ideas in mind for you two!

    ReplyDelete
  15. My dh & dd got me an Edward New Moon stocking & filled it with New Moon chocolates, rubber Team Edward bracelets & Cullen crest key covers. I also got a New Moon jewelry box that plays a lovely little ditty. Oh and a sparkly Mattel Edward Barbie.......DH, being the
smartass that he is, also got me a sparkly My Little Pony unicorn...... said I couldn't have an Edward without it(he has issues with SM's vamps).

  16. I have followed since about 100 I think. Actually maybe that is when I started commenting.

Since you have already broken 1,000here why don't all you Twitards make STY and JJ's wishes come true and bring their "fans" on their FB page up to 1,000. We are currently at just over 800...just search "Twitarded" and click...it's that easy!

@STY--I did receive many Twilight and Rob Pattinson (do you know every time I type that now I think of JJ's voice saying it?)items for Christmas...many things I would have never bought for myself but am sooooo happy to have. My brother gave me the Edward Barbie--it is truly hideous but he will just be staying in that packaging for an Ebay moment somewhere down the road. Who knows maybe he will help finance some drinking binge in the future. I also received Cullen Crest New Moon pillow cases. I haven't washed them yet but I can't wait to see Mr. VitR's face when these make a debut. Many more items were received...even those related to fanfic...a unicorn bag, some cupcake mints and stickers. The family and friends were good to me. If only you were closer to me geographically I would definitely share. ;-)

    What's on your list STY?

    ReplyDelete
  17. Congratulations and Merry Christmas STY and JJ! I have been reading and laughing with you for months but am very happy to say I am now an actual follower.
My mom (who rolls her eyes every time I mention anything Twilight related) went out of her way to win a New Moon FSE for me at her company Christmas party and my brother got me the Twilight version of scene it?, which is the ONLY thing I actually asked for this year!

    ReplyDelete
  18. yay! you have over 1,000 followers now!
btw, can I brag a minute about my Twi-stash that I got for xmas? I mean, now that I'm officially following you anyways (duh Cat, it's about time!)

  19. Congrats on reaching the 1000 mark! You deserve it. It really does take a lot of work to keep a blog like this running everyday. And your hard work it appriciated!! Ok, I'll stop being sappy now, it's cramping my style!

As far as Twilight Christmas gifts go, I wasn't expecting anything. But, to my immense surprise, my mom's boyfriend, who did some work in the entertainment industry, got me an autographed pic of The Pecioius! I was flabbergasted. I couldn't believe he thought of that. I posted a pic of it on my blog, cause I was soooo excited

    Anyways, love yous.

  20. WooHoo!!! 1008 as of right now!!! I was #600 & something, as a result of your "Bloggy Ops Meeting". Ahh---the good ol' days.

I did get a Twilight Magazine from my hubby, but I think he now expects some head. Silly Mr. P.

    2000 followers in 2010!!!

  21. As I glance down, I see my word ver is "boyking." Well, how fucking appropriate is that on a post that takes Twitarded to 1,000+ followers?!! All hail Twitardia, and all hail the boyking that keeps us blogging – Robert (where the hell are you?!) Pattinson.

And, yes, VitaminR, I now hear JJ's voice when I type that, too. Not to mention the fact that I'll never hear Edward Norton's name without thinking of her, either. We luv ya Joisey Jenny!!

Lisa (proud to be a long-time follower)

  22. I DID NOT get an Official Red Ryder Carbine-Action Two-Hundred-Shot Range Model Air Rifle. But, my family got me the New Moon CD. Still going thru the tracks. And The Host.

Yesterday, I got myself a Twilight vampire mini kit--got the Cullen Crest charm on my key ring and a New Moon trading card pack. It was 40% off at a Walden's Book store that was going out of business in the mall. AND saw a mini van that had a sticker on the back window that said "Drives like a Cullen" I let out a small squee so my son did not hear me.

    I also have been following you two for a while now. Don't know my number.{{{SEE, I'M WAVING}}}}

    ReplyDelete
  23. OK - just goes to show how technically inept I am....after sending out a Facebook message to my Twi-friends, telling them to sign up on this blog, I realized that I, myself, have not done it!!

I thought I was already following you on FB and Twitter...turns out, No.

    Am now!

  24. @cathypodd & @livingwithEdward...OMG!
@Mrs.P...BJ, funny! Tell'em to talk to the hand. LMAO!!

  25. Reading Twitarded was my Twi- related Christmas Present!

My daughter could have at least replaced the missing copies of
Eclipse and BD. (I gave them back! Honest! You just misplaced them.) Riiiight.

    ReplyDelete
  26. @rottymama---I can't wait for the next time he shuts the door in the bedroom for some "sexy time" and he discovers I taped a poster from the magazine to the back of the door. Should make for a good laugh. I just did it 10 minutes ago, because his ass is late from a "supposed firehouse meeting". Firemen may look sexy in calenders, but they can be a**holes.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Yay and congrats on the 1000+ followers; I knew it was a done deal last week as you closed in. I actually prefer the word stalker to follower; makes me feel more dangerous.

A week or so before Christmas my mom said she had no idea what to get me this year. I gaped. "Seriously, I talk about one thing every chance I get and you have no idea?!" I did receive both soundtracks which I've begun to play repeatedly. And I got a beautiful silver flask because someone paid attention during my New Moon premiere fruitless search for one... I'm ready for RMe and Eclipse now. Santa gave me a Rob magazine and I bought myself a mini-E to replace the one my kid broke within hours of receiving it for my birthday. Then I pissed her off by having Edward address her new Fur-Real puppy as Jacob. In a superior tone.

PS - I watched the 'Pirates' movies this weekend on TV. Was Orlando Bloom always this delectable or am I turning into a perverted mature woman with a Brit fetish? Dayum.

    ReplyDelete
  28. I did get Twilight Scene It which no one will play with me. Sunday is my birthday so maybe I can threaten people or cry until they play with me. Well, I can't actually cry, just like KStew, but I can make a wicked boo boo face.

I'd give you some of my followers but I got them all from Twitarded so I don't think that'll work.

    ReplyDelete
  29. love that you are over 1000. congrats. i got a team jacob water bottle and 2 new moon posters- jacob and jacob with the pack. i dont even remember how to put posters up anymore. and as my own gift to myself- i bought a ticket to the twilight convention in arlington, va in april. go me.

wv:rositner- all i can think is rosalie in a snit

    ReplyDelete
  30. No Twilight related gifties for me unless you count the new copy of New Moon I bought myself. All my Twi-books were hard covers except New Moon and it was falling apart so when Chapters brought in a shipment of hard covers for Christmas, I got one.

That's it....oh. My BFF's kids bought me a new fleece housecoat - it's red and has a hood. I look like a chubby St. Marcus Day New Moon extra in it....does that count?

    ReplyDelete
  31. 1000+ Congrats!
I got a good bit of Twilighty stuff. Twilight Scene It for Wii(the only wii game I can kick my kids ass in!), Rob calendar, New Moon water bottle, keychains, magnets, and a pillow. None of these items replaces the real deal. Mr. Pattinson, I totally love you have had some privacy, but I misssssss you.

  32. I got nothing twi related for Xmas. Sad Panda face here. My Bday is in March so I will get some then, BUt I will be usung some of my xmas cash to purchase How to be soon.

  33. Well, looks like your begging worked you cheap whores. Congrats on 1,000+ followers. I remember when... I think I started following somewhere in the 100s range. Love you guys!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Oh my - I am such a doofus - Dangrsister got me the New Moon soundtrack and the Twilight Score on CD... how could I forget??

I think I may let on at work how into the Twilight Saga I am... when my co-workers found out I liked Penguins years ago I kept finding penguin items on my desk every so often. I recently took home 2 paper boxes filled with these penguin items... wonder what Twilight related items I could get?? Hmmmmm

    ReplyDelete
  35. Don't be sad. You were remembered on Christmas more than you know! My daughter gave me a Twitarded mug (which I used ASAP) and the set of tea lights from Bella's dresser. I gave her the sheet music of the Twilight Score and a Twilight fan mag. Although we are almost 500 miles and 32 years apart, we squee together and laugh ourselves to tears chatting about Twitarded daily. Merry belated Christmas and Happy Robward New Year!

    ReplyDelete
  36. Congrats on 1000+ followers!
My lovely sister (and fellow twitard!) gave me my very own mini E for christmas (SQUEE!) I can't wait to record our adventures with him! I also got some NM candy in my stocking yummmm.

    Happy New Year's ladies :)

  37. ome we're at 1028 - WOOOOOO!!!! i can't tell you guys how happy this makes me - this week in RL suuuuucks and this is definitely the highlight for me!!!

thanks to everyone who just came on board and thanks to everyone who has been here since back in the day - we [heart] you all!

    : )

and yes i am totally jealous of the assorted twi-merch you were all gifted over the holidays... i guess since mr. snarky didn't squawk over the NM FSe OR the $100 Bella dress i can't really bitch too loudly, but... i'm not sure exactly what i was hoping for (cullen crest pillow cases would have been awesome but might put the Mr. over the edge - lol) - the autographed pic of the precious (aka "boyking" - ha!) would have made the day but we don't have the connections. yet... : )

ok off to do office-y things but i'll try to check in later - you chicks (and the random handful of dude followers) rock!

p.s. if you're not already on our facebook fan page, please sign up! we [heart] our fb besties too!

  38. Well, my dear Mother provided me with my very first Edward bookmark and it is divine. My DH, God love him, bought me an Edward poster with a lovely quote from New Moon, and told me I could hang it in my closet with no complaints from him as long as there was no "funny stuff" going on with it.

I shook my head that I agreed (with my fingers crossed behind my back).

    ReplyDelete
  39. I really thought I was already a follower, but apparently not. However; that has not been fixed and I am proud to be follower 1,040 even though I have been posting (and lurking) for forever.

    ReplyDelete
  40. My family knows that Robward gifts are the way to go for me! They could not find me a new Edward cut out to replace the one the cat peed on so my daughter made me a t-shirt with one of the Rob photos from the Vanity Fair shoot and wrote "We embarrass my children"!! (Cafe Press will make anything)I love it! I think I will wear it to the next school gathering they make me go to!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Whoops, following now!

@F-Kat... WOW, a bound (and thus portable!) copy of WA. That could come in handy on planes, in work meetings, at the doctor's office... on second thought, that might get you arrested.
@Living - JEALOUS. I may attempt to stalk your house and steal that so that I can lick it.
@Jess, your DH sounds like a considerate AND secure man - what a combo! I hope you rewarded him for that present!
@suzspetals... LMFAO, and yes, Orlando as a pirate was always dirtily delicious!

    Merry Christmas to all!

    ReplyDelete
  42. so, i feel pretty stupid. i've been reading twitarded since, mmmm, april? maybe? and i had no idea that i wasn't "following" you!

    mea culpa!

    it has been remedied.

  43. Woo Hoo for breaking 1000!! *high fives and assgrabs* I think I was follower 538, lol, we don't have names, we have numbers. "Now number 749, retrieve me the Stoli shirt" See, all kinds of power in numbers *bows down to JJ and STY*

  44. I have been following you guys since my Twi-friend clued me in about you gals, but I see now you have over 1000 followers. LOL! My mom got me an Orlando Bloom - Pirates of the Carribean Pez dispenser. I looked at her and said "they didn't have Edward huh?" She laughed & said they don't make him yet, but she looked. My old roomate got me a Team vampire t-shirt so I think I am set. :-) Nothing actually Cullen or Wolf Pack though. Hmmmmm... Luv you gals!!

    ReplyDelete
  45. I will flog anyone I know (ehem, Jordan!) who reads this and has not followed yet...promise.

I got zilch for X-mas on the Twilight front other than re-reading the series on my own, but that's not very gifty. I have given Twi-smut this X-mas and I am currently in the shopping cart to buy myself and one other some Twitarded gear.

    ReplyDelete
  46. I've been keeping up with your blog for a long time now (love it!), but hadn't officially "followed" until now. I'm a slacker...I've never claimed anything different.
My Twi-free Christmas story? I asked for Twilight stuff. Specific stuff. I thought that made it easy - who doesn't appreciate a detailed list. I got none of it. Nada. Zilch. WTF?

    ReplyDelete
  47. Merry Christmas bitches! I got a mini-Edward too - the uglyish New Moon one, but I'll take it. It's still in the wrapper until I decide what to do with it. This morning, my 4 year old said, "Mommy, you didn't open your toy yet. Don't you want to play with it?" And I said as I gazed lustily at the pic of Edward on the back, "sweetie....you have NO idea"! I also got a wolfpack candle from my twi-pusher. I was actually expecting more stuff, but I'm happy with what I got.
Oh, and I'm already a follower on here & on FB.
Love you ladies. Happy New Year.

    ReplyDelete
  48. just made it official ladies! you gals are my guilty pleasure! i got a rob calender from my mum she is sooo fab..

    ReplyDelete
  49. I gave my lovely sis (Andrea, who commented a few comments up <3)her very own Mini-E much to the dismay of her husband. There were quite a few mishaps with Mini-E at the dinner table that night ;)
I on the other hand only received a couple New Moon chocolates... but that's ok... I will share in the wonderment that is Mini-E with my lovely sister <3
Have a wonderful New Year's ladies!(btw, I have been lurking around your blog for a while but for some odd reason, never 'followed'...consider me a true 'follower' now!) Keep the laughs coming!

  50. My very best Twilight themed gift...well, RPattz gift really, but close enough....was the "personalized" RPattz calendar that my bff got me; she sneakily posted scrapbook quotes about me on the pages! For instance....on the first picture with gorgeous Rob looking all kinds of sexy she pasted the quote bubble "What? You're narried?! Kim, how COULD you?!" And so on and so forth....a year's worth of Rob declaring his undying love for me? You just can't get better than that!!

    ReplyDelete
  51. *facepalm* That's married....not narried...e gads.

    ReplyDelete
  52. @Kimberly - What an awesome gift!! She really is your bff. I gave my good friend a snow globe that you can put your own pictures in, and I put two of Rob in it from the VF shoot. I also got her a small keychain with a digital photo frame on it and . . . you guessed it . . . loaded it with cropped pictures of Rob's beautiful face :)

    Lisa

  53. If you girls beg enough I MIGHT be willing to send you a snippit from my contraband New Moon movie frames... I unfortunately cannot part with the two Edward frames I have but I might be willing to part with one or two of the frames from the first phase...Would that make your xmas better?

That would mean forking over an addy though : )

    ReplyDelete
  54. Geez, you and JJ think you are techtarded - I had no clue you could "follow" a blog! I never claimed to be the sharpest tool in the shed that is for sure...

I've corrected the situation, and am now #1062 in your hearts lol

    ReplyDelete
  55. You did it! I just looked to see - you've got 1061 followers right now! Epic. Win! Congrats, STY & JJ!

    ReplyDelete
  56. I've been following for quite a while, don't know what # I am.. or how to figure it out...

For Christmas I got a small Twilight Calender and TWO Twilight fleece blankets- one from my aunt and the other from my Dad. My SIL got one too, so we curled up in them to watch Twilight, then went to New Moon (for the second time) Christmas night. Best Christmas Ever! :)

    ReplyDelete
  57. Holy shit! Damn ladies - you totally DELIVERED!!! Awww, I've never felt so loved before. :)

For all of you who didn't know you could follow - trust me, don't feel bad. It took us forever to figure it out, too.

@Stoney - While I would LOVE to take you up on your offer, we simply can't. That is the fuckawesomest gift ever - you should be hoarding that shit. What's a matter with you?! Being all nice and stuff. ;)

I'm glad a bunch of you got really nice twi-gifts for the holidays. Those of us who didn't are secretly resenting you, just so you know. :P

    Mwah! Love ya!

    ReplyDelete
  58. @casch, HI MOM!!! Ladies, be jealous, she got me "The Boys of Twilight" magazine for Christmas... which we promptly opened and read and squealed over, to the chagrin of both husbands.

Also, let me tell you how proud I am that she actually typed "Happy Robward New Year" up there :) <3 you!

    ReplyDelete
  59. yayeeee! you did it! :)

i feel your pain, STY and JJ... i didn't get ONE twilight/rob thing this christmas, either. i mean, come on! how easy is it to buy for us twitards?!

yaye for 1065 thus far!! :)

    ReplyDelete
  60. Wow, you made 1000 and then some. Looks like I'm 1069. Tee hee.

Relatively new here. Just became a Twi addict a month or two ago. Yeah, I was intentionally holding out. A book club friend said she was going to "try to NOT read the series again" before New Moon (the movie) came out. I was intrigued, so I checked out "Twilight" on audio book for my (long) commute, and I was hooked. First movie, second book, third book, second movie, fourth book, and loads of time wasted on youtube, etc. followed.

Love your blog. Good work! It makes me feel... well, maybe not normal, but at least not alone in my obsession! And it makes me LMAO. I'm well over 30, have a 4-year-old and 1-year-old , and seriously don't have time for this crap. But I can't seem to help myself. WTF, life is short.

Got the "Twilight" DVD and New Moon soundtrack for Christmas! Didn't love the soundtrack at first, but it's growing on me!

    ReplyDelete
  61. @My After Car Is an XKR: Good luck getting to it. It is protected by a very possesive mini Edward and his pet bat! And if you get through them, I may have to go all Victoria on you!! :)

  62. I've been following since as soon as I figured out how. I suck at the internets. Congrats on breaking 1000!

I didn't get any Twi-goodies either :( Well, not official ones, but I did get a cupcake charm from my mom and a cupcake mug from the neighbors. I don't give a crap if they don't know why I love them so much, I have a cupcake mug and a cupcake charm. Woo hoo!

  64. @mmMoxie - How funny! Nobody would play Twilight Scene It with me either, so told my family they're playing it with me this weekend on my birthday too! (and I will definitely show no mercy)

For my Twilighty Christmas, I got an Edward fleece blanket, a super cool handmade RPatz candle from Z Any Mouse at our "book club" meeting, and E&B barbies (yes, they are a little scary). I'd say Scummit is raking in the cash this season!

  66. Done! You ROCK! I love everything about this blog. (1) You are my age, or so.
    - 30-40'ish
    (2) You are intelligent, outspoken, strong-willed women and you can't help loving these books/movies
    - I have a PhD for the love of Pete! I read literature!
    (3) You say everything that I think, but rarely have the guts to say.
    - Although, my friends have said that I don't have a filter. And they would probably deny the 3rd item. I really do keep some of my thoughts to myself
    (4) You make me laugh so hard I weep
Thanks ... so glad I found you two!

  67. No twi-related stuff for Christmas here either, so let us suffer together. I`ve been following since last summer and yesterday joined your facebook group (before you asked for it!). I have to admit that I was a bit hesitant about it, but then I figured out that I am proud to be a member of twitardia. And now I know instantly when you post a new blog. Hope you hit the 1000 here soon, too.

  69. I actually got more Twi or Rob-stuff than I thought I would thanks to my kids! My daughter got me "How To Be" & "Kings of Leon Live in London DVD", my son got me the New Moon companion book & an Edward chocolate bar. Just in case I didn't get any of course, I bought my daughter a Rob calendar, figuring I can always do my date checking in her room as well as the kitchen, right? Congrats on making your 1000 plus followers! As I type this you have 1084!!

  72. My mom gave me the New Moon soundtrack and score. I received all the books for my birthday from her nine months ago. Was hoping my husband would have given me a poster or callendar or the scene it game. He just doesn't "appreciate" my obsession!! There is always next year, right?

  75. I got the best Twi-Christmas gift ever! There was a gift under the tree to me "From Mom and Edward", inside my mom wrote that I would receive "2 nights accommodation with Edward of Twilight" at the Twi-Tour in my area. To which I replied, "HOLY SHIT THAT MUST HAVE COST YOU A LOT, .... TO GET EDWARD TO 'ACCOMMODATE ME'!!!"
