I've Been Waiting for Something Like This...

Seriously. I have. I can't tell you how many times I've woken up in the middle of the night from a nightmare that my boss has found out that my "awww, I kinda like Twilight and Robert Pattinson" is actually more like "I'm probably obsessed to the point of being unbalanced and may or may not have a blog that is not only completely un-PC, but... basically fucking pornographic AND 98% Twilight related. Wrap your head around that one."

Image found here -- which is a fucking hilarious site that you should check out.

I suppose I could get fired for worse but I can't really think of anything that doesn't somehow pertain to Twilight...

  1. rofl. I seen this the other day on that site and wondered to myself what goes on in that office that a memo had to be put out. And then I wondered why aren't I working at this magical place? ;)

  2. Ha! What a great idea, getting fired for Twilightery. What a way to go.

(My boss also knows something is up 'cause I found an excuse to write about the Precious in our paper once) But if any boss saw the monstrosity of dirty sex and perversion that is Twitarded....watch out.

And yet....imagine the juicy fun JJ would have defending herself in a wrongful termination suit, when every single aspect and detail of Twilight, movies, books and then Twitarded has to be trotted out into open court.

  3. OMG!!! That is so funny, I have to post it on my personal facebook. Both my marketing reps and I are obviously twilight fans so they will get a kick out of that.

  4. So does that mean the FSE on the back of my office door would be considered unprofessional? Huh.

  5. Guess it's good only 2 people in my office know about my craziness for Twilight then ;)

  6. Everyone in my office knows about my Twilight obsession. They don't much care. However my boss whenever a new movie comes out my boss likes to also tell me that Justin Beiber is coming too. He's a good sport actually & I don't mind getting teased. I usually think it's pretty funny too. :-)

  7. Thank god Jasper wasnt listed on the memo. LOL saw his band play last friday night and had a good time. Even got a few CD's signed. I think I got my girlfriend that went with me, hooked on Jasper. Shes been obsessed with him since Friday.

Last week one of my coworkers came up to me out of the blue and asked if I watched the Breaking Dawn preview (Duh.) She stated that she watched it over 20 times and that Bella doesnt marry Edward BUT Jacob! Because in the shot of the back of his head and his hair is different she marries Jacob ( Yes this really happened) I stated that "No, she marries Edward....
..wait, have you read the books (she had not)
I was not going to debate the finer points of the movie/books with her and totally out myself. She has issues with her eyes so I suggested that she rent/buy the audio books.

  8. Just wondering, has anyone else noticed the new Good Vibrations ads on the right side of the webpage? I like them! This morning it had a girl biting the lip of a guy with beautiful lips and a little scruff. Right now there is a pretty good leg hitch!

  9. That actually scared me... I thought it might be real...it certainly is my reality...if I were to get caught. Gah! JJ you can't do that to my soft/weak heart. :P

  10. Well it can't be LKW's office, since she keeps her Edward standee/FSE in there with her! I need to know more about this evil corporate gulag.

  11. My boss made me remove my FSEs. He said it was "clutter" and a cluttered workspace makes a disorganized mind. Or some bullshit like that . . .

  12. I freakin love this! :) There are people at work who know of my, ahem, addiction, however I'm pretty much waaaay overboard compared to the rest of them. This one girl said TWO days after the MTV movie awards, "hey, did you see the new Breaking Dawn trailer?" I was like... pssht, yeah, like WHILE it was happening via a bathroom break at work while sitting on the toilet! LoL J/K. But seriously I feel like a snob, because every time someone says something Twi-related, my only honest reaction is "I know." *sigh*

vw: benoher.... reminds me of boner.

  13. Admit it, if you hadn't fallen down the rabbit hole a few years ago, this memo could totally have been written by you. Or any one of us.

I firmly believe that any woman who is a hater... just hasn't read the books yet.

  14. ROFLMAO! Classic.

@My After Car, you are absolutely right! I would have been that person. Thankfully, I saw the (twi)light and don't take myself too seriously (or anyone else for that matter).
